Get Fit with the Foundation – 5K Fun Run/Walk

Start your morning off right with a 5K course set up right on the property that will wind runners through the beautiful desert landscape surrounding the resort. All proceeds benefit the PCMA Foundation.

Hospitality Helping Hands

Register to participate in a social impact activity right at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge. In this fun and worthwhile charity event, your group is formed into teams of no more than 10 people that complete tasks to get the parts and materials necessary to assemble, test, and decorate wheelchairs for donation. These wheelchairs will be donated to the Arizona Chapter for Paralyzed Veterans of America, which serves US military veterans who endure Spinal Cord Injury and Spinal Cord Disease/Dysfunction.

Give Back Bash

It’s been a long time since we were last together, and Toronto wants to show you some love AND give back to the industry you love! Need help presenting the benefits of PCMA EduCon to your boss? Utilize our “gain approval” documents to showcase the cost/benefits for attending.

The maximum number of clock hours available is 7.5 but more CEs will be available to watch On Demand after the conference. The number of CEs you receive is based upon the type and number of sessions you attend. Not all sessions will be eligible for the CMP, and that will be noted on the schedule of events. Onsite attendees must always wear their badge to ensure CEs appear on your transcript post-event.

Registration rates are based on membership type. See the list above for the current rates.

Registration launched on Thursday, April 1st. The early registration rate ends Friday, May 14th. After May 14, there will be new registration rates. Those rates will remain throughout the EduCon event.

Registrants are encouraged to register online.

It is different for digital and in-person attendees, please see below:

Digital: Cancellation as a digital attendee is non-refundable.

In-Person: Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email and must be dated on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, June 4, 2021, to receive a refund less a $100 USD registration cancellation processing fee. After June 4, 2021, at 5:00 pm Central Time, no refunds will be granted.

Cancellation of Student and Faculty registrations are subject to a $50 cancellation processing fee each.

There are no refunds for PCMA Foundation contributions, Give Back Bash, or Fitness event tickets. Cancellation for EduCon does not cancel membership dues paid during the registration process.

Replacement of a registered PCMA attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. The written request must be sent to: educon@executivevents.com

A $50 USD processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing by 5:00 pm Central Time Friday, June 25, 2021. After Friday, June 25, 2021, no substitutions will be allowed, all substitution requests will be treated as full cancellations of the original registration and subject to the reduced processing fee of $100. The original registration will be refunded minus the processing fee and the new registrant must register as a new attendee to complete registration and housing.

The new registrant must be named in the written notification and register before the original registrant is refunded. If the original registrant was registered as a PCMA member, the new registrant must also be a member or join membership upon registering.

Hotel reservations are being made through a reservation link directly with the hotel. The link is included in your registration confirmation email.  To secure PCMA’s special group hotel rate, your hotel reservation must be booked by Wednesday, June 9, 2021.

Attendees that were approved for credit from the 2020 Education Conference will receive a registration discount code to cover this year’s registration costs (this will not cover additional add-on costs such as Foundation/special ticket events).

The registration system will not allow for payment by multiple credit cards. If you want to put part of your payment on a different credit card (for example, registration fees to your corporate card, Foundation donation to your personal credit card), this is not a problem.
