What are the registration rates?

Registration costs vary based on membership status and time of purchase. Please refer to the registration rates above.

How do participants register?

Participants are encouraged to register above. If you’ve logged into PCMA.org, or have registered for edUcon in the past, please use the same email address that we have on file. If you’d like to change your email address, please contact us You do not need a PCMA account to register but you will be required to create one.

How do I reserve my hotel room?

PCMA has a room block available at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center with a discounted rate of $229 USD+ taxes and fees per night. All registrants will receive the booking link in their confirmation email. The cutoff date for the discounted rate is Friday, June 7th.

We recommend taking full advantage of all pre-event activities! You might want to arrive on Saturday (6/22) and leave Wednesday (6/26) morning to enjoy the Networking Reception on Tuesday evening.

What is the dress code for this year?

“Come as yoU are” is the dress code for edUcon. This conference is all about yoU. Come with your own style; if it’s business casual, bohemian, or street chic, bring it! Remember the rooms can get chilly, so we always recommend easy layers for your comfort.

What are the average temperatures in Detroit in June?

The average high is 78° F and the average low is 60° F.

What if I need to cancel?

Terms & Conditions:

CANCELLATION: Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to educon@executivevents.com. All cancellations must be dated on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, May 23, 2024 to receive a refund. A $150 USD cancellation processing fee will apply to all cancellations except for students or faculty where a $50 USD fee processing fee will be applied. After May 23, 2023 at 5:00 PM Central Time no refunds will be granted.

There are no refunds for PCMA Foundation contributions, Give Back Bash, Hospitality Helping Hands or Fitness event tickets. Cancellation for edUcon does not cancel membership dues paid during the registration process.

SUBSTITUTION: Replacement of a registered PCMA attendee by a business colleague/co-worker is accepted. A $75 USD processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing by 5:00 PM Central Time Thursday, May 23, 2024. After Thursday, May 23, 2024, no substitutions will be allowed, all substitution requests will be treated as full cancellations of the original registration. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to educon@executivevents.com.
