When and where is edUcon?
Sunday, June 1, 2024 – Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at the Louisville Marriott Downtown and the Omni Louisville Hotel located in Louisville, KY.
What are the registration rates?
Registration costs vary based on membership status and time of purchase. Please refer to the registration rates on this page of the website.
How do participants register?
Participants are encouraged to register by clicking the REGISTER NOW button. The log in is separate from pcma.org but you are encouraged to use the same email address as your pcma.org account, if you have one. If you registered for PCMA Convening Leaders 2025 use those same log in details.

How do I reserve my hotel room?
PCMA has room blocks available at the Louisville Marriott Downtown and the Omni Louisville Hotel. All registrants will receive the booking link in their confirmation email.
The discounted rate at the Omni Louisville Hotel is $269+tax per night. The cutoff date for the discounted rate is Saturday, April 12th.
The discounted rate at the Louisville Marriott Downtown is $259+tax per night. The cutoff date for the discounted rate is Wednesday, May 7th.
We recommend taking full advantage of all pre-event activities! You might want to arrive on Saturday (5/31) and leave Wednesday (6/4) morning to enjoy the Networking Reception on Tuesday evening.
Are there scholarships available?
Yes! Applications for scholarships are open until March 26th and can be found here.
What is the dress code for this year?
“Come as yoU are” is the dress code for edUcon. This conference is all about yoU. Come with your own style; if it’s business casual, bohemian, or street chic, bring it! Remember the rooms can get chilly, so we always recommend easy layers for your comfort.
What are the average temperatures in Louisville in June?
The average high is 84° F and the average low is 67° F (according to Google).

What is the health and safety plan for onsite?
As always, we will continue to monitor and follow the current CDC guidelines for health plans. We have made our own security plan, which we plan to do a session on at edUcon for more detailed information on how to build your own.

What if I need to cancel?
Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to events@pcmaeducon.org and must be dated on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, May 2, 2025 to receive a refund less a $150 USD registration cancellation processing fee. After Friday, May 2, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Central (Chicago) Time no refunds will be granted.
Cancellation of Student and Faculty registrations are subject to a $50 cancellation processing fee each.
There are no refunds for PCMA Foundation contributions, or ancillary event tickets.
Cancellation for edUcon does not cancel membership dues paid during the registration process.
Can I send a substitution if I need to cancel?
SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Replacement of a registered PCMA attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. A $50 USD processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing by 5:00 p.m. Central Time Friday, May 30, 2025. After 5:00 p.m. Central (Chicago) Time on Friday, May 30, 2025 no substitutions will be allowed and all substitution requests will be treated as full cancellations of the original registrant and subject to the cancellation policy.
If the substitution request is made before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, May 30, 2025, the original registrant’s registration will be transferred to the new registrant who must complete registration. Housing reservations must be updated separately. The new registrant must be named in the written notification. If the original registrant was registered as a PCMA member, the new registrant must also be a member or join membership upon registering.
