With almost 40 years of international hospitality experience, Alexi has served the industry on 4 continents and championed the hospitality career potential across his journey. He occupied several roles throughout the US, Europe, and Near East, including Vice President of Full Service Hotel Operations – North America based in Atlanta, Chief Operating Officer in the UK & Ireland and Vice President of Operations in the Near East. Throughout his tenure, he assisted in opening over 35 hotels and played a key role in ensuring the team’s success and development, higher revenues and market share along with outstanding guest and employee engagement scores.

Alexi is currently the General Manager of the InterContinental Toronto Centre, overseeing a 584 room city center hotel where he now calls his home.
