Sibley Guilianelli, CSEP, CIS, currently serves as Program Manager for Creative Group supporting more than 5,000 personalized attendee engagements globally through her leadership in the customer experience journey. During her eight years of commitment to the MICE industry, Sibley has immersed herself in a diverse set of event experience opportunities to include association management, franchise events, incentives, and more. In addition to her industry certifications from ILEA and SITE, Sibley holds degrees in Organizational Leadership and Hospitality Management. As a result of her dedication and leadership in the industry, Sibley was recognized as one of PCMA’s 20 in Their Twenties, Class of 2023.
