Darius leads development of Encore’s event products organization and has extensive experience as a leader and innovator in a number of tech, digital, sales, and consultancy roles.

He has built teams globally to tackle the challenges of transitioning from legacy processes and creating new digital-first products since starting his career at IBM in 1990. This has including working for established companies like PSAV, and founding a Gartner-profiled digital “global boutique” that worked with hundreds of companies as clients. His mission today is more than bringing world-class event solutions to market; it is to transform Encore and the events industry.
