Health & Safety

Spa at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort Spa

It’s been more than two years of living with COVID-19 and over that time we continue to learn about the virus and evolve our thinking on how we in the Business Events Industry can meet and do so safely. Our culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion thrives when we come together, and your well-being is PCMA’s #1 priority.

If you tested positive for COVID-19 since you left the conference, please notify us by email at events@pcma.org.

PCMA encourages all EDUCON 2022 participants to be vaccinated and boosted; however, in response to COVID-19 mitigation measures being relaxed by the CDC, PCMA still strongly recommends all participants at face-to-face events be fully vaccinated and those that feel unwell should participate where possible in a digital format.

Also, per CDC guidance, masks are not required. However, participants should do what is best for their personal well-being; therefore, we will have masks available on site.

PCMA is committed to safely accommodating all participants. We will continue to follow the science and adhere to local requirements to ensure all are comfortable and we meet safely.

Be Well Policy

PCMA will enforce its Be Well policy which is required consent during registration by all participants as a condition of onsite participation. This includes the stipulation that if you feel sick or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms prior to traveling to or while onsite in New Orleans you will reconsider your participation at the event.

To help ensure your personal safety and comfort during EduCon 2022, PCMA is committed to robust and transparent communications during the event. We encourage all participants to monitor PCMA social media channels and download the JUNO Live app to their mobile devices to receive up-to-the-minute updates.
