Sarah Gilmore, Registration, Housing & Sourcing Manager at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundatio

Sarah Gilmore, is the Registration, Housing & Sourcing Manager at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a position she assumed in May 2020. Sarah is an expert contract negotiator having executed over 2,500 contracts in her 20+ year career. At the Foundation she’s responsible for registration, housing and all hotel and convention center contracts pertaining to the North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference. In addition to working with other departments to secure homes for their meetings, she has created a standardized contract that is used to leverage buying power as well as establish consistency throughout the Foundation. Previously, she was a Senior Sourcing Manager at Experient, Inc/Maritz for 18 years where she was awarded “2013 Sourcing Manager of the Year”.

Sarah is considered a destination expert of several cities throughout the United States and serves as a Client Advisory Board Member for Discover the Palm Beaches and is a member of the Hyatt Resort Alliance. She is also a City Councilwoman for Aurora, Ohio where she lives.
